For more than 25 years, Maxine has been providing her clients with sound financial advice. Her goal is to transform what is often for many an anxiety provoking activity into an enjoyable and empowering experience for her clients. Her focus is to build long-term, collaborative relationships with her clients with an emphasis on personal service. She recognizes that it takes so much more than financial products to plan for the future and that she must be there through the ups and downs of life to facilitate the process.
Professional and compliant conduct is core value in her practice. Maxine enjoys being active in her industry. She is a member of the Financial Advisors Association of Canada (Advocis) and serves on the local board of directors as the Professional Development Chair. Through Gryphin Advantage Inc., a Managing General Agent Maxine also assists advisors who are contracted through Gryphin Advantage with case consultation and joint work. She holds the CHS (Certified Health Specialist) and CPCA (Certified Professional Consultant on Aging) designations and continues to attend numerous seminars and educational programs.
When not helping clients, Maxine enjoys spending time with her husband Michael and her family. Maxine and Michael enjoy volunteering in the community and spending time in the outdoors with their dog Winston. She is very committed to physical fitness and is a regular participant in numerous running events and fitness activities.
With over Twenty-five years of Employee Benefits experience, Cindy has worked with Maxine Saunders for fifteen years, and for the past six years in her current role as Employee Benefits Specialist. Prior to the November 1999, Cindy worked for local Group Insurance providers such as Confederation Life, Manulife Financial Group Benefits and Provident.
Cindy holds a Level II Life, Sickness and Accident Insurance License with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, as well as the following accreditations: Health Insurance Associate (HIA), Certified Health Specialist (CHS) and Group Benefits Associate (GBA). She is currently working towards the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.
Cindy is a member in good standing of the Canadian Institute of Marketing, Independent Financial Brokers of Ontario, Advocis - London Chapter, and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Cindy currently serves as the Committee Representative for London Region with The Institute for Advanced Financial Education - the Education partner of Advocis.
